Sub-processors

[Your Company Ltd] uses the providers below to deliver Apex PMS. Customers are notified at least 30 days before a new sub-processor is added and may object.

Transfers outside the EEA
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate supplementary technical measures, including encryption in transit and at rest.
